Our Mission
Reduce the property tax and ease the often-burdensome student debt accrued due to the higher education of qualified teachers and educational paraprofessionals that teach and own homes within our communities across the State of Texas!

Why?
Let's face it. The COVID 19 pandemic brought a lot of eye opening challenges for families across the world. One in particular that stood out within our own family were the challenges of teaching our children. Though we were thankful for teachers before, we recognized the importance of teachers, not only within the classroom setting, but as well as within our community. Our teachers volunteered to pass out lunches, took the classroom into their homes, and never gave up! We are forever grateful for their steadfast leadership and this is our way of paying it forward to them.

How?
Although the maximum benefit of our cause would only cost the district $1000 max per eligible teacher annually, the benefit far exceeds that amount for the teacher. By federal law, with an escrow account, the mortgagor pays, in addition to the normal escrow account cost, 2.5 months overage. In a hypothetical scenario of a $200,000 home with normal financing rates, this would save the teacher approximately $200/month for the life of the loan. (Not actualized numbers) We believe not only our teachers but our communities throughout the State of Texas deserve this. We need our teachers to continually support our communities with their influence and presence. Our plan is to propose the adoption of resolution to School District BODs (board of directors), work with them in tailoring this benefit to their community and getting the word out to our Texas teachers.
